Dr. Murphy graduated and has been practicing since 2001. Murphy Chiropractic and Wellness, P.A. proudly serves Rockingham, NC, and the neighboring communities, including Aberdeen, Hamlet, Laurinburg, Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Wadesboro, and Cheraw, SC. We specialize in chiropractic care, auto accident and workers’ compensation rehabilitation, disc bulge, migraine and vertigo care, laser therapy, sciatica, soft tissue injuries, and core strengthening. Our clinic offers X-rays on-site and a range of wellness products such as foam rolls, lumbar supports, posture braces, supplements, and more for comprehensive patient support.
